The penthouse is strategically positioned on the north side, with a roof garden on the south, taking advantage of the natural conditions. A central infinity pool divides the garden, catering to different requirements.

What sets this project apart is the deliberate weakening of space form to emphasize the essence of space itself. He Jing's design method, known as "In Space: from inside to outside," opens up endless possibilities for the entire project. Features such as a southern courtyard, stairs floating on water, and a two-story overhead art gallery connected to the living room and appreciation area were meticulously created through the In Space approach. The result is a space that exudes tranquility, independence, and understated elegance.

The materials used in the penthouse include grey marble, wood veneer, glass, leather, fabric, and metal. These carefully selected materials contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the design.
